About Us

Candy Pros is a national wholesale distributor of bulk candy, gummies, and confectionery products. We move thousands of pounds weekly, from pallets to cases, to large-quantity orders. We are looking to kickstart our social media channels and target live-sellers, creators, and resellers across the country.

Our goal is simple: become the go-to nationwide source for bulk candy.

What You’ll Do

  • Be present in the warehouse to capture real, day-to-day operations
  • Film short-form content inside our warehouse (pallets loading, packing, shipping, daily operations)
  • Edit TikToks, Reels, and short videos in a clean, polished, business-focused style
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments that highlight the scale, speed, and volume of our operation
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work directly with our team to plan content and tell the Candy Pros story
  • Organize and maintain a library of content for future use
  • Support content needs for marketing, promotions, and campaigns
  • Create content focused on:
  • High-volume orders and pallet shipments
  • Restocks and incoming inventory
  • Trending bulk products and new items
  • Educational content (reseller tips, what sells, industry insight, why Candy Pros)
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule:
  • TikTok: 4-6 videos per week
  • Instagram: 4–6 posts per week
  • Instagram Stories: daily updates
  • Plan and organize content using weekly or monthly content calendars
  • Use trends strategically (duets, stitches, live-seller content) to position Candy Pros as a top wholesale partner
  • Write clear, confident captions with a professional, B2B tone
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and identify potential wholesale leads
  • Weekly reporting will include:
  • Top-performing content (views, engagement, watch time)
  • Content that generated questions, DMs, or inbound leads
  • Follower growth and audience trends
  • Insights on what content formats, hooks, or topics performed best
  • Recommendations for the following week’s content
  • Key KPIs we care about:
  • Video views & reach
  • Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Watch time / completion rate
  • Follower growth
  • Inbound messages, comments, and leads from content
  • Content consistency (meeting posting schedule)

*You’ll be provided with internal content guidelines and creative direction to ensure all content aligns with our brand and performance goals, you will create working alongside our founder and together you will bring the vision alive*

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram—especially for e-commerce, creators, or reseller audiences
  • Ability to create professional, engaging content without relying on trends alone
  • Comfortable filming in a fast-paced warehouse environment (phone + basic lighting is fine)
  • Strong editing skills for short-form video (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
  • Clear communication and caption writing—informative, confident, no slang-heavy tone
  • Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction

Bonus:

  • Experience with B2B brands, e-commerce, or product-based businesses
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar
  • Understanding of TikTok Shop, live sellers, or wholesale markets
  • Experience running TikTok and Meta ad campaigns
