TikTok Live Host & Affiliate Lead

Yumwoof is looking for a charismatic, performance-minded TikTok Live Host & Affiliate Lead to lead our TikTok presence end-to-end. This role blends on-camera energy with operational sharpness — you'll host live sessions, run our affiliate program, and oversee paid TikTok campaigns, all in service of a brand that genuinely loves dogs.

Role Overview

As our TikTok Live Host & Affiliate Lead, you'll own the full TikTok growth loop — from recruiting affiliates and producing live programs to leveraging data insights to scale what's working. This role is essential to building Yumwoof's community and driving direct sales as a trusted voice in the pet wellness space.

You'll work closely with our creative teams to align live content with campaigns, brief affiliate partners, and ensure our community feels engaged with Yumwoof.

What You’ll Do

• Host daily TikTok Lives that drive sales—high-energy, structured, and built to convert
• Develop and maintain a live content calendar
• Develop repeatable, addictive live formats built around viewer-facing competitions and game mechanics (spin-to-win deals, timed drops, audience challenges, live giveaways, “beat the clock” offers) that turn viewers into active participants and drive conversion
• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliate creators — negotiate compensation and commissions, brief content, and track GMV
• Build and nurture relationships with affiliate partners; identify top performers and scale them
• Design incentive structures, commissions, contests, and gamification systems that drive affiliate output
• Make the affiliate program fun—leaderboards, challenges, rewards, momentum loops
• Coach affiliates on what works—scripts, hooks, offers, creative angles
• Moderate and grow our TikTok community — respond to comments, surface UGC, and flag trends
• Report weekly performance across live, affiliate, and paid channels to leadership
• Coordinate and lead IRL community events and activations in Austin.
• Analyze TikTok Shop data (GMV, conversion rate, attach rate, creator performance) to continuously improve
• Plus if you have experience managing TikTok Ads.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience hosting or producing TikTok Lives — you’re comfortable and love engaging on camera
• 2–4 years in community management, social media, or growth marketing for a DTC or consumer brand
• Hands-on experience managing a TikTok affiliate program (TikTok Shop or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics, affiliate tools, and live selling dynamics
• Working knowledge of Spark Ads and amplifying organic/affiliate content through paid
• Strong written communication skills — you write with warmth, not corporate-speak
• Based in Austin, TX — some in-person shoots and events are part of the role
• High ownership—you don’t wait for direction, you build the playbook

Bonus (not required):

• Experience running paid TikTok campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager
• Experience with Meta or Google paid ads in addition to TikTok
• Familiarity with attribution tracking platforms like Triple Whale
• Existing network in the Austin creator or pet wellness community

Time Commitment

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, with some availability to overlap with U.S. working hours preferred
