TikTok Livestream Host

Location: Glendale, CA (In-Person)
Pay: $35–$60/hour
Schedule: Flexible weekday shifts

We're looking for energetic, confident, and engaging individuals to join our team as TikTok Live Stream Hosts. You'll represent a variety of exciting brands, connect with live audiences, showcase products, and help drive sales through entertaining and informative livestreams.

What You'll Do

• Host TikTok Live shopping streams
• Demonstrate products and explain key features and benefits
• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and encourage participation
• Follow talking points while adding your own personality and energy
• Create a fun, interactive shopping experience that drives sales

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable speaking on camera for 2–4 hours at a time
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning product information and discussing products live
• Sales, retail, customer service, performing, public speaking, livestreaming, or content creation experience is a plus

Experience Requirements

TikTok Live experience is preferred but not required.

We welcome applicants with backgrounds in content creation, sales, customer service, retail, acting, performing, public speaking, hosting, or other on-camera roles. Training and talking points will be provided for the right candidates.

Language Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred and highly encouraged to apply.

However, we are also actively hiring English-only hosts with strong on-camera personalities, communication skills, and sales potential.

Compensation

• $35–$60 per hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• Opportunity for increased hours and higher pay based on performance
• Additional shifts available for top-performing hosts
