Tiktok Livestream Operation Specialist

This role will focus on the livestream sales by developing the tactics and supporting the streamers to execute it to drive traffic and conversions. Day-to-day activities will include, but not limited to supporting on livestream setup, managing the livestream schedule, assisting on the streamers during the live, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Get familiar with products (pricing, features) and how to showcase the product during the live stream
• Manage and update the product list based on the trending on Tiktok
• Support the livestream hosts to execute the tactics and run scripts when needed
• Create and manage production livestream schedules
• Operate and maintain live streaming equipment (cameras, iPads, lights, microphones)
• Exceptional analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize live stream performance.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to manage talent and enhance on-camera performance.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree
• Knowledge of livestream platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube is a plus
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Self-motivated, clear communicator
• Hard working and a quick learner
• Sales or operations experience is a plus
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
