TikTok Shop E-Commerce & Brand Operations Account Manager

Adtoker is one of Europe’s top TikTok Shop partners, helping brands manage and scale their TikTok Shop, social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and livestream selling operations end to end.

We work with brands across European markets and support them with TikTok Shop launches, creator collaborations, affiliate campaigns, livestream operations, advertising, and sales optimization.

We are now looking for a TikTok Shop E-Commerce & Brand Operations Specialist to join our team and support the daily operations of our brand accounts.

In this role, you will:

Manage and follow up on the daily TikTok Shop operations of our brand partners.

Support creator, influencer, and affiliate collaboration processes.

Coordinate communication between brands, creators, and the internal team.

Track campaign, product, content, and sales performance.

Support the planning of livestream, affiliate, and content operations.

Monitor TikTok Shop dashboards, product listings, campaigns, and sales data.

Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for brands.

Follow up on internal tasks and make sure operations move forward on time.

We are looking for someone who is:

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Strong in communication and follow-up.

Interested in e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.

A fast learner who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-growing industry.

Able to communicate in English and preferably German

Comfortable working with Excel / Office , project management tools, and digital platforms.

Interested in TikTok, content creation, creator economy, and social commerce.

Previous marketplace management experience is a plus, but not required. We value candidates who are eager to learn, proactive, and strong in operations management.

Pay: 70,000.00TRY - 100,000.00TRY per month
