Tiktok Shop Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive TikTok Shop Manager to manage and scale our TikTok Shop operations remotely. This mid–senior level role requires hands-on experience with TikTok e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through creator partnerships, product optimization, and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate understands TikTok trends, live shopping, and affiliate ecosystems and can independently manage day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates
• Manage and collaborate with TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates
• Monitor store performance, order fulfillment, refunds, and customer feedback
• Analyze sales data, traffic, and campaign performance; provide actionable insights
• Plan and manage flash sales, discounts, live shopping events, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and platform guidelines
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and operations teams to align campaigns
• Identify trends, best-performing products, and scaling opportunities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok e-commerce operations
• Proven track record of driving sales growth on TikTok Shop
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and affiliate programs
• Experience working with creators, influencers, and live shopping hosts
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with TikTok Ads is must
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) is a plus
• Experience running paid ads or live commerce campaigns is an advantage
