WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own and scale TikTok Shop as a core revenue channel, including GMV, profitability, and overall performance

- Build TikTok Shop into a repeatable, scalable growth engine for the business

- Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and creators

- Build systems to seed products to creators at scale and drive consistent content output

- Launch and optimize promotions, bundles, limited-time offers, and campaign strategies

- Manage product listings, pricing, merchandising, and in-platform conversion

- Partner with the creative team to develop high-performing TikTok Shop content

- Identify trends, viral moments, and creator opportunities quickly and act on them with speed

- Manage TikTok Shop ads, boosts, and paid amplification (if applicable)

- Track and optimize key KPIs including GMV, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and affiliate output

- Build SOPs and systems to scale creator output, campaign execution, and channel growth

- Collaborate with operations to ensure inventory aligns with demand and campaign pacing

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience managing or scaling TikTok Shop for an e-commerce or consumer brand

- Strong understanding of TikTok creators, affiliates, and viral content dynamics

- Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer products preferred

- Data-driven with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics

- Highly organized, fast-moving, and execution-focused

- Strong sense of urgency and ability to capitalize on trends quickly

BONUS

- Existing network of TikTok Shop creators or affiliates

- Experience launching or scaling supplement or gummy products

- Experience running TikTok Shop Live campaigns

- Experience scaling a TikTok Shop channel from zero to 7-figures+
