HIRING: TikTok Shop Strategy Lead

ONSITE JOB (9am to 5pm). (Location, Johar Town, Lahore)

Objective: Architect and execute the scale-up strategy for our Amazon product lines exclusively on TikTok Shop. All setups are ready; we need your strategic leadership to drive sales.

What You’ll Do (Role Scope):

• Take 100% end-to-end ownership of TikTok Shop growth strategy.
• Recruit, manage, and optimize a high-conversion Affiliate/Creator network.
• Define content strategy optimized for Sales Conversion (GMV), not just viral views.
• Use data-driven insights to test new concepts and scale revenue daily.

Must-Have Experience:

• 2–4 Years experience in TikTok Shop Strategy and Execution (Mandatory).
• Documented track record of scaling products from 0 → 1.
• Mastery of the TikTok Affiliate model and creator management.
• Sales-first, execution-focused mindset.

Compensation: Market-competitive Salary + Significant Performance Bonus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
