We're looking for a creative, TikTok-savvy Social Media Coordinator to help bring the LaCroix voice to life across short-form video. You’ll work closely with the digital team to ideate, film, edit, and publish TikTok content that aligns with our larger campaigns and always-on strategy.
Ideal for someone who lives on TikTok, thrives on creative freedom, and knows how to make content that actually performs.

What You'll Do:

  • Pitch, produce, shoot, and edit original TikTok videos for @LaCroixWater
  • Stay on top of TikTok trends and recommend timely ideas that align with the brand
  • Help manage the TikTok content calendar and schedule posts
  • Jump into the comments and engage with the community in a way that’s fun and on-brand
  • Collaborate with the larger social and influencer teams to amplify brand moments
  • Track performance and optimize based on what’s working
  • Assist with light editing for repurposing TikTok content across Instagram Reels

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience growing TikTok accounts (brand or personal)
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush)
  • On-camera presence or ability to direct/influence creators
  • Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and algorithm
  • A team player who brings positive energy and fresh ideas


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with or as a brand, specifically CPG
  • Graphic/text overlay skills
  • Have experience with influencer/creator partnerships or UGC
