We have built a strong presence with over 100,000 followers on TikTok and 100,000 followers on Whatnot. Our operations include two warehouses and one office, and we specialize in shoes and clothing.

Job Overview We are seeking a creative, results-driven TikTok Content Creator to join our team and help grow our brand through engaging short-form video content. This role is responsible for creating compelling TikTok videos that not only attract viewers but convert them into customers. The ideal candidate understands TikTok trends, storytelling, and consumer behavior, and can consistently produce content that drives engagement and sales. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys creating content, analyzing what performs, and continuously improving their results.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish 4–5 TikTok videos daily
• Develop engaging content that showcases products and drives customer purchases
• Stay current on TikTok trends, viral content formats, sounds, and platform updates
• Create content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and sales
• Showcase products in a creative and authentic manner
• Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and marketing campaigns
• Monitor content performance and optimize future videos based on results
• Maintain a consistent content schedule and meet daily production goals
• Assist with content planning, scripting, filming, and editing

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video content
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging content
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality content in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with TikTok, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools is preferred
• Previous content creation, social media, marketing, or sales experience is a plus but not required

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

• $16–$18 per hour
• 4% commission on sales generated through your video content

30-Day Evaluation PeriodAll new Content Creators will complete a 30-day evaluation period. During this time, performance will be assessed based on:

• Attendance and punctuality
• Content quality and consistency
• Ability to meet daily video production goals
• Creativity and willingness to learn
• Engagement and performance metrics
• Ability to convert viewers into customers
• Professionalism and coachability

Following the evaluation period, successful candidates may be eligible for expanded responsibilities, additional opportunities, and continued growth within the company.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who understands that great TikTok content does more than generate views—it drives results. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
