Tile & Marble Mason Foreman

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tile & Marble Mason Foreman to supervise and execute tile, marble, granite, and stone installation works for interior fit-out projects across residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors in the UAE.

The candidate must have strong site supervision skills, the ability to manage labor teams efficiently, and experience handling high-quality finishing works as per project drawings and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tile, marble, granite, and stone installation activities on site
• Manage and coordinate mason teams, helpers, and subcontractors
• Read and understand drawings, layouts, and site measurements
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, cutting, polishing, and finishing of materials
• Monitor work quality and ensure finishing standards are maintained
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site teams
• Plan manpower and material requirements for smooth execution
• Ensure all works are completed within project timelines
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards
• Inspect completed works and rectify snags if required

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in tile and marble works
• Experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of marble, granite, porcelain, ceramic, and stone installations
• Ability to handle site teams independently
• Good understanding of drawings and finishing details
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to join immediately will be an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury villas, retail shops, restaurants, and commercial projects
• Knowledge of waterproofing and screed level works
• Ability to coordinate with multiple trades on site
