Tile Setter

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician with strong tiling expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of maintenance tasks, with a primary focus on tile installation, repair, and finishing for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, cut, grout, and finish tiles for floors, walls, and other surfaces
• Inspect, repair, and replace damaged tile surfaces
• Perform general maintenance duties, including basic plumbing, painting, and minor repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Safely transport tools and materials using company vehicles (manual transmission)
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with specialized tiling skills
• Ability to measure, cut, and fit tiles with precision and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of tiling materials, adhesives, and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman tasks
• Previous experience working with holiday homes or property management companies is an advantage
