Headline: Self-Employed Tiler / strip out Specialist Needed

Location: Cambridgeshire Pay: Dependant on skill level Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to join our network on a self-employed basis. We need a reliable pair of hands to handle the "dirty work"—ripping out old suites and preparing the room for the tiling / panelling

The Role:

• Rip Out: Complete removal of existing bathroom suites, tiles, and fixtures.
• Preparation: Making good of walls/floors and boarding up ready for tiling/plastering.
• Tiling / Panelling: after the first fix is done you are to do the necessary tiling or shower panelling and assist in any siliconing etc needed for the second fix

Requirements:

• Plumbing Knowledge (some ): needed to know that system you are working with and how to cut off the water and isolate the plumbing
• Experience: Previous experience in bathroom renovations is required.
• Tiling Skills (essential): Knowing how to properly set out a room and install tiles to a good standard is required some knowledge of panelling is good but training will be given if needed
• Tools & Transport: Must have your own van and tools.
• Reliable, tidy, and able to work to a schedule.
