We Smooth Manpower is currently hiring a Time Keeper for our Sharjah office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking employee attendance, working hours, and overtime, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records for all employees
- Record and monitor working hours, overtime, leaves, and absences
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly time reports
- Coordinate with site supervisors and HR for attendance verification
- Ensure attendance data is correctly reflected for payroll processing
- Maintain and update employee timesheets and records
- Report discrepancies or irregularities in attendance to management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Time Keeper or in a similar role
- Experience in manpower, construction, or labor-intensive industries preferred
- Good knowledge of attendance systems and timesheet management
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, attendance software)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Immediate availability to join
