Job Title: Timekeeper – MEP (UAE Experience)

Job Summary:

The Timekeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate records of workforce attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave for MEP site personnel. The role supports payroll processing and ensures compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily attendance of all MEP site workers (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing teams)
  • Maintain and update timesheets, overtime records, and shift schedules
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers to verify manpower deployment
  • Track worker leave, absences, and site movements
  • Prepare weekly and monthly time reports for payroll processing
  • Ensure accuracy of data before submission to HR/Accounts
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews
  • Monitor labor productivity and report discrepancies
  • Handle timesheet-related queries from employees and supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company procedures
