Tire Shop Supervisor

We are immediately seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our tire shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

Complete knowledge of tires and related activities like Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, Brake Pads, etc.

Talk to customers and sell tires & related quick services. Explain why safety and technical specs is very important aspect of tires to convince customers.

Guide technicians on product use and application.

Lead tire shop operations with focus on sales, profitability & customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as required.

Coordinate with suppliers and track deliveries.

Handle walk-in customers professionally.

Provide quotations, technical support, and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in tire shop operations.

Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and manage overall shop performance.
