Tire technician for heavy vehicle

We are seeking an experienced Tire Technician who specializes in heavy commercial vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and buses. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience (1–6 years) in tire fitting, wheel balancing, and alignment services for heavy-duty vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, install, repair, and replace tires on heavy commercial vehicles
• Perform wheel balancing and wheel alignment using computerized equipment
• Diagnose tire wear issues and recommend corrective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of services performed
• Ensure proper torque specifications and tire pressure settings
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
• Use appropriate lifting techniques and tools (jacks, lifts, impact wrenches, etc.)
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and support in workshop operations
• Advise customers or fleet managers on tire care and rotation schedules

Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in tire servicing for heavy commercial vehicles
• Proven knowledge and experience in wheel balancing and alignment
• Familiarity with tire brands, sizes, and specifications for trucks, buses, and trailers
• Ability to operate alignment and balancing machines confidently
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy tires and equipment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license (commercial license is a plus)
