Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager with proven expertise in tissue paper manufacturing to oversee the entire production process, including machine installation, production layout design, and overall plant management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, maintain high product quality, and optimize resources for smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full tissue paper manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products.
• Supervise and coordinate installation, commissioning, and maintenance of tissue paper production machinery.
• Design and optimize plant layout for efficient workflow and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
• Manage and train production staff, fostering a productive and safety-conscious environment.
• Liaise with procurement, quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams.
• Implement cost control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in tissue paper manufacturing plant management.
• Hands-on experience with installation and commissioning of tissue paper production lines (rewinders, embossers, converting machines, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control in tissue paper industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
