Title Commitment Processor (Remote-Friendly)

Burns, Henry & Kirksey (“BHK”), is looking to add an experienced and detail-oriented Title Commitment Typist to our team. BHK is a boutique real estate title and escrow company with over 25 years of experience, offering personalized service, legal expertise, and deep market knowledge. We have office locations in Cleveland, TN, and Chattanooga, TN, and are open to candidates interested in remote work as well.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and type title commitments independently using title search documentation
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure accuracy in how title is held, legal descriptions, and requirements
• Review contracts and lender orders to verify parties, property, and transaction terms
• Enter and manage files through Qualia, our title software system
• Maintain a high level of precision in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience typing title commitments is required
• Strong understanding of title searches, legal descriptions, and title insurance terminology
• Proficiency in title software; Qualia experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while communicating with a collaborative team
