• Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 base salary

A Day in the Life of the Title Examiner

As a Title Examiner, you’ll manage daily title examination assignments involving residential and commercial properties, including refinance and purchase transactions. Assignments are distributed in advance and completed throughout the day while collaborating closely with the operations and review teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. This role plays a key part in helping clients close transactions efficiently while maintaining high-quality title reporting standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct residential and commercial title examinations for refinance and purchase transactions
• Review property records, liens, judgments, deeds, and related documentation
• Complete title searches independently and accurately within established timelines
• Coordinate with internal review and operations teams regarding revisions or updates
• Manage daily assignment workflow and communicate proactively regarding project status
• Utilize Excel and Adobe to organize, review, and deliver title documentation
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience completing title exams in New Hampshire
• Experience completing both refinance and purchase title searches in residential, commercial, or both
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe
• Ability to independently complete full residential and commercial title searches
• Must reside in NH, MA, NY, or FL
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable team player with strong communication abilities
• Comfortable with some days running longer, depending on the complexity of your assignments
