Job Summary

We are seeking a Title Closing Specialist to support U.S. real estate title and escrow operations. This role focuses on preparing, reviewing, and coordinating closing files to ensure timely and compliant real estate closings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with U.S. real estate or mortgage workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review U.S. real estate closing documents (CD/HUD, ALTA statements, deeds, mortgages, affidavits, etc.)
  • Coordinate closing files with lenders, title officers, attorneys, and internal teams
  • Review title commitments and assist with clearing title conditions
  • Track file progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate professionally via email and phone with U.S.-based clients and partners
  • Update internal systems with accurate file notes and status changes
  • Assist with post-closing review and documentation as needed

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in U.S. mortgage, title, escrow, or closing operations (preferred but not required)
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working night shift hours aligned with U.S. business time
  • Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
  • Accounting, finance, or real estate background is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
