Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive title searches by examining public records, deeds, court documents, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) data to establish property ownership history.
• Analyze legal descriptions and historical data to identify potential issues affecting title validity.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to clarify title discrepancies and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings for use in legal proceedings or property transactions.
• Utilize research tools and databases to track liens, judgments, easements, and other encumbrances that impact property titles.
• Assist in the processing of title documents by verifying accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain organized records of all research activities, findings, and correspondence for future reference.

Requirements
