• Collaborate with law offices, title companies, and government agencies to facilitate smooth transfer procedures
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools to analyze property boundaries and related spatial data for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, correspondence, and legal documentation for audit readiness
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to title status, transfer procedures, and legal requirements
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues that arise during the title transfer process through diligent research and communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate law, title processing, or a related field within a law office or real estate environment
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex property records and legal documents
