TJM LLC Trucking is seeking a minimum of three experienced dump truck drivers to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Operate dump trucks and other heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dozers, and Caterpillar machinery on construction sites.
  • Safely transport construction materials including gravel, dirt, asphalt, and other aggregates to designated locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal safety and functionality.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites by operating relevant machinery like horizontal drills, tankers, or paving equipment as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations while on the road and at job sites.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and site supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules and report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate logs of hours worked, materials delivered, and equipment used throughout each shift.

Skills

  • Proven experience operating dump trucks in a construction or heavy equipment environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, water trucks, backhoes, tankers, horizontal drills, and paving equipment.
  • Commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to operate Caterpillar machinery confidently and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance basics for troubleshooting minor issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.86 per hour
