TL Development Engineer

Location: Bhosari-MIDC

Job Description

• 1. Design of Tools, Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges using CAD software (2D & 3D).
• 2. Process planning, manufacturing feasibility study, and machining sequence planning.
• 3. Verification of designs in line with established design standards.
• 4. Comprehensive costing of tools, processes, and related activities.
• 5. Troubleshooting during tool, jig, and fixture manufacturing as well as try outs
• 6. PPAP documentation and compliance, including PFMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Tool Design & Manufacturing from NTTF/GTTC/CTTC/IGTR or BE Mechanical / DME.
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in Press Tool, Gauge, or Fixture Design.
• Hands-on experience in Progressive, Draw, and Forming Tool Design.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal operations.
• Good understanding of tool manufacturing and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
