Job Description

  • Maintain daily and weekly stock records
  • Check stock variance and coordinate with the logistics team
  • Handle D3 and sales return stock properly
  • Manage non-moving stock dispatch
  • Handle petty cash, prepare vouchers, and manage reimbursements
  • Prepare invoices and verify PODs
  • Maintain all documents and update MIS reports regularly
  • Write and respond to basic professional emails
  • Meanwhile, as per branch requirement, he should be willing to go for delivery if needed
  • Daily Stock Audit
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Team / Factory team
  • Maintain 5S
  • Resolving branch related queries
  • Material Inward/outward Process in SAP
  • Co-ordinating With Depot Team for smooth Operation in Depot
  • Resolve SAP/Stock related issues
  • Co-ordinating With Transporter for On time Material movement in Depot

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification - Min. graduate
  • Experience - 2 - 4 Years in Warehousing / Store Operation
  • Good communication Skills
  • Basic Knowledge - English, Hindi & Local Language
  • Basic Knowledge - MS Office
  • Basic Knowledge - SAP / ERP systems
