We are working with a leading international law firm on an opportunity within its technology and digital regulation practice in Dubai. This is a high-performing, globally integrated team advising on complex, high-value technology and transformation mandates.

The practice acts for major corporates, financial institutions and technology providers on strategic IT and outsourcing arrangements, cloud transformation, digital infrastructure, payments and platform build projects. The work sits at the intersection of commercial technology, data, AI and evolving digital regulation, and is often cross-border in nature.

The team is closely connected to a market-leading global technology group, generating a strong pipeline of large-scale, business-critical mandates. Lawyers gain exposure to cutting-edge work across digital transformation, fintech, data and emerging technologies, often on first-of-their-kind projects.

This role would suit an associate with experience in commercial technology, outsourcing, data, fintech or complex commercial contracts, looking to build within a specialist and fast-growing practice. The team is investing heavily in this space and offers clear long-term progression.
