To-Go / Server

Seeking Muti Person to Handles two Jobs as a To Go/Host and a Food Server for lunch and dinner shift Tuesday through Saturday. Ideal individual will be a team player, positive, guest-centered, quick learner, and be able to work well with others. Seeking person who will represent the front of the house in a professional, and caring manner. We need one Full time and one part time person. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Seat guests and provide menus
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries and to go orders
• Handle cash transactions and take orders

Skills:
