To-Go Specialist

This job posting is for employment at an independently owned and operated franchisee of Denny’s. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment for guests who prefer to enjoy their meals on the go. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all to-go orders are processed accurately and efficiently, providing exceptional guest service throughout the process. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with their to-go orders, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensuring all details are correct.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the to-go station.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and specials.
• Assist in packaging food items securely for takeout, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Address any guest concerns or questions promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and helping guests have a great experience.
• Experience in hotel or restaurant settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
