TOA Full Stack Developer (AI & Automation) – Remote

At TOA, we’re building tools that empower solar installation teams by automating workflows, simplifying complex and manual operations, and unlocking new levels of performance. We’re looking for a Software Developer who’s hungry to make an impact, own a roadmap, and drive revenue through product-led growth.

You’ll work within a modern tech stack: OpenAI, Node.js/Express, MongoDB, React, React Native, and Tailwind CSS to deliver powerful automations, AI agents, and seamless user experiences that directly empower customers. You’ll join an ambitious, high-caliber team that’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and simplifying work to help our customers do more.

What You’ll Do:

• Full stack development on web and mobile to build and ship features that deliver measurable value to customers.
• Design and implement AI-driven automations to allow customers to spend valuable time on strategic initiatives to scale vs. maintain.
• Work with Product Management teams to give feedback into user stories, architectural designs and UX mockups in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with customers and the business teams to align on high-impact functionality.

What We’re Looking For:

• An extremely fast learner, self-starter, and problem solver who is eager to create.
• 0 - 3 years out of a Computer Science or other related degree.
• Passion for creating phenomenal user experiences.
• Drive to take ownership and see your work directly impact customers and revenue.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Curiosity and hunger to learn, build, and ship fast.
• Strong ability to work through and solve problems independently and/or in a small team.
