What You’ll Do:

• Engage and play with children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Support lead teachers with activities that spark imagination, curiosity, and learning.
• Build strong relationships with kids, parents, and fellow team members through clear and positive communication.
• Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and ready for learning adventures.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep our day running smoothly and full of joy!
• Early preschool requires potty training kiddos.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Full-time (40 hours)

Education, Experience, and Training:

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in early childhood education or related fields is preferred, but not required.
• Associate’s, Bachelor's degree, or CDA in early childhood education is a plus.
• Certification in CPR & First Aid is required or must be obtained within three months of employment.

Work Location:

• On-site: Columbus, Ohio 43228
• Must have reliable transportation for commuting

Pay:

• $16-$17 per hour

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift to engage with children.
• Frequently required to bend, reach, and lift toys and supplies, and to lift up to 15-30 lbs regularly.
• Ability to kneel or crouch frequently to interact with children at their level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
