Toddler Lead Teacher

Summary

Bridgewater Learning Center is actively looking for a Lead Teacher for its Preschool room. If you are excited to begin or build upon your career in Early Childhood Education, we can't wait to hear from you. We serve children ages 6 weeks to 5 years in a fun, safe, educational and nurturing atmosphere and pride ourselves on building strong relationships with the community and families we serve.

Duties

• lesson planning
• maintaining a clean and functional classroom
• doing assessments on the children in your room
• family conferences
• participating in family engagement activities
• attending staff meetings
• maintaining children's classroom portfolios
• staying in communication with parents on how and what their children are doing while in our care.

Requirements

• CDA (Child Development Associate) with at least one year experience in Early Childhood Education
• Must be willing to get and/or maintain CPR, 1st aid, communicable disease and child abuse certification. company will pay for these trainings
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be a team player
• Must be reliable
• Must be flexible
• Must be active in the Christian faith
