Toddler/ Preschool Lead Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role involves working closely with toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their developmental needs are met while promoting positive behavior and learning through play.

Duties

• Supervise and engage with children in daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Manage classroom activities effectively to create an organized learning environment.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior positively.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's development, attendance, and any incidents that occur during care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following experience or skills:

• First aid certification is preferred.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus.
• Background in preschool education or early childhood development is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers, nannying, babysitting, or caregiving roles.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
• Ability to create engaging activities that cater to various developmental stages from infants to preschoolers.
