```Duties:```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and cultural awareness
- Collaborate with parents and families to support children's individual needs and development
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones

```Skills:```
- Strong literacy education skills to promote early reading and writing skills in young children
- Experience in lesson planning, creating engaging activities that align with educational goals
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies to support children with special needs or developmental delays
- Ability to incorporate physical education into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of toddler care practices, including potty training, feeding, and nap routines
