NOW HIRING: TODDLER TEACHER

Our family-owned, Quality First 5-Star center is seeking a dedicated and loving Toddler Teacher to join our team!

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:45pm

We are a smaller center with lower ratios, which means you truly get to build relationships, give children more individualized attention, and work in a calm, supportive environment.

We’re looking for someone who is nurturing, dependable, responsive to children’s needs, and open to learning and professional growth. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, builds positive relationships with families and staff, and creates a warm, engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience in a licensed child care center (toddler experience preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• ECE coursework preferred
• Ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom
• Reliable attendance and good health
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and transition quickly between floor and standing positions
• Has or can obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Positive, friendly attitude and a team-first mindset
• Professional communication with families and coworkers
