Toddler Teacher

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Infant/Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our early childhood
education team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Lead Teacher to provide nurturing care
and educational support for children aged 0–3 years. This is a hands-on position ideal for
someone who is patient, energetic, and passionate about working with infants and toddlers in a
safe, loving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Child Supervision & Care

• Ensure constant supervision and safety of infants and toddlers
• Assist with feeding, diapering, toilet training, and napping routines
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom

Learning & Development

• Support implementation of age-appropriate learning activities and play
• Interact with children to promote physical, emotional, and social development
• Read to children, sing songs, and engage in hands-on sensory activities

Health & Safety

• Follow all health, hygiene, and sanitation procedures (e.g., diaper changing, cleaning

toys)

• Monitor children’s health and behavior; report any concerns to the Lead Teacher or

Director

• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and center policies

Communication

• Maintain daily communication with parents regarding each child’s routine, mood, and

development

• Document daily activities, meals, diaper changes, and incidents accurately
• High School Diploma or GED required
