Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. Duties

• Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs
• Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social-emotional growth
• Manage classroom activities with effective behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and discipline
• Support children’s physical development through teaching physical education activities and encouraging active play
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental progress and inform instruction
• Collaborate with families to communicate children’s progress, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones and daily activities through ProCare.
• Incorporate specialized techniques following the STEAM approach or early intervention strategies when appropriate
• Provide age-appropriate care for toddlers and preschoolers, including routines like feeding, diapering, and nap times
• Develop individualized learning plans for children requiring special education or additional support in areas such as literacy education or math skills
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and classroom activities to ensure compliance with licensing standards and school policies
• Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, and childcare best practices
• Maintain a clean organized environment. Not limited to washing toys, Shelves, vacuuming, etc.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques
• Experience working with children across various age groups within daycare or toddler settings
• Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies
• Familiarity with special education needs and behavior management techniques for diverse learners
• Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education activities
• Ability to create engaging educational experiences that foster curiosity and learning readiness
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and children effectively
• Experience with standardized testing procedures to assess developmental milestones accurately
• Knowledge of STEAM or other alternative educational philosophies is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom efficiently while maintaining a warm and inclusive environment
• Commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with licensing regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
