Toddler Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a love for working with children and the ability to engage them in educational activities that promote learning through play.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and creativity.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of each child.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Experience in toddler care, nannying, babysitting, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and staff members.
• A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds is essential.
