At The Learning Experience (TLE), our staff help little learners build the foundation for a lifetime of success. We are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated educators to join our team and bring learning to life for infants through preschool-age children. What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for infants (6 weeks-12 months) toddlers (18 months-2.5 years) and preschoolers ( 3–5years.)
• Implement a curriculum that supports early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional growth
• Foster independence and prepare children for kindergarten readiness
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families through communication and collaboration
• Work closely with your co-teachers and leadership team to provide the best experience for every child
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and TLE standards

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for teaching infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and making learning fun
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to balance structured curriculum with creative exploration
• Professionalism, reliability, and a positive team spirit

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Must meet state requirements for background checks and clearances
