We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to work with children ages 18 months to 3 years. The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports early development through play, exploration, and routine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to toddlers at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain a structured daily routine (meals, naps, play, learning time)
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Support children in developing independence and self-help skills
- Use positive guidance and redirection techniques for behavior management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress and needs
- Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with 18 months - 3 years old children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.
