Toddler Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing quality early childhood education and ensuring that each child feels valued and supported.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

Experience

• Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or similar educational settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support diverse learners.
• Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those with special education needs or disabilities.
• Background in toddler care or infant care is a plus.
• A strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all children is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
