MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Lead Teachers must have earned the North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) or its equivalent and prior experience in a child care facility environment. Priority will be given to those with degrees from accredited universities / community colleges.
• Fingerprinting and background checks are conducted on all of our potential and current employees. A current qualification letter must be received from the NC Department of Health and Human Services Criminal Record Check Unit verifying eligibility under NC child care laws.
• All staff must have an initial medical report signed by a licensed physician or an authorized health professional under his/her supervision, that indicates that the person is emotionally and physically fit to care for children prior to employment and free of active tuberculosis.
