Toddler Teacher for 16 months-2 yrs old

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with a focus on fostering the growth and development of young children.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Monitor and assess student progress through observations and standardized testing
- Incorporate physical education and creative activities into daily lesson plans
- Offer individualized tutoring to students who require additional support in math or other subjects

Experience:
- Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for educating young children and helping them reach their full potential
