Toddler Teacher - Lead 2 year olds

* Early Childhood education (i.e. CDA, Diploma, Associates, Bachelor's, etc.)

* A desire to create strong partnerships with families

* Passion yet calm and patient

* Enthusiasm to share the world with our growing toddlers

*Leadership skills to support a team environment in the classroom with co-teachers

*Skills to plan and organize developmentally appropriate experiences (following FrogStreet Curriculum)

*Elements of Conscious Discipline to teach and practice social emotional skills in the classroom

*Team player embracing the practices and directives of Little Tigers

Position details:

- Rate of pay depends on qualifications, education and experience
- This position requires higher education, proven experience preferred
- The schedule for this position would be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with a 30-minute lunch.

We are a locally owned center in Adel, IA with a passion for providing positive early learning experiences for Infants through School Age children. Starting pay is determined by years of experience and training/education. Classroom assignments are based on the need of the center and may change.
