Roots Learning Center is a warm, supportive, and high-quality early childhood program where both children and teachers thrive. We are looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable Toddler/Preschool Teacher to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Create a fun, engaging classroom for toddlers/preschoolers - ages 2-3
• Support children’s development through play, routine, and hands-on activities
• Guide behavior in a positive and age-appropriate way
• Follow daily routines (meals, rest time, transitions, outdoor play)
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
• Work with your team to plan simple, developmentally appropriate activities
• Keep your classroom clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children preferred
• EEC certification (or willingness to obtain) toddler and preschool certificate
• CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Someone who is:
• Patient, energetic, and dependable
• Comfortable managing an active classroom
• A team player with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
