Tool Crib Attendant

At A&R the Tool Crib Attendant performs various tasks within the operation of our business. This person reports directly to the Tool Crib Lead and supports the needs of our mechanics in the field.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Issue and receive tools and equipment
• Organize tools and other equipment in proper place
• Inspect tools and equipment for wear or defects
• Formally request new tools and equipment when needed
• Maintain record of tool use utilizing online software
• Perform inventory in a warehouse dedicated to tool distribution
• Organize storage to be the most efficient and effective for inventory and distribution
• Pick up and drop off tools and other materials using company vehicle
• Professional communication with vendors and suppliers
• Representing the company to customers, vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Must have valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use measuring tools
• Team player
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 3 years (Preferred)
