Job description:- TOOL ROOM MAINTENANCE Engineer / Sr. Engineer

Qualification :- BE/DIPLOMA MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Experience : - 3+ Years

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Attend Morning Meeting as per customer feedback, for Resolved the complaint , Organized and plan the activities as per decided.

Participate in new Tool /fixture development in understand the product specification and quality analysis, Design Analysis as per ECN Note.

Lead to be daily line issues & Coordinate and support to team.

Daily Press line die issue online correction performing as per production team feedback, with the help of team.

HLTO & All Supplier Lead to be As per Press Shop Schedule.

Documentation to be prepared of All Audits like IATF, EMS, OSHAS, VDA 6.3, MRM / Improvement Kaizens / Cost Saving Project. Tool maintenance, ecn related activity, critical spares management , MTTR & MTBF monitoring , maintenance cost control , day to day tool pm monitoring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
