Tool Room maintenance

Key Knowledge Requirements:

• Knowledge of various types of tools/dies & accessories, their parts and assembly
• Understanding of materials & alloys and their characteristics
• Knowledge of production processes
• Die making concepts and manufacturing & machining processes
• Basic knowledge of safety PPE usage and safe working procedures
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as micrometre, vernier caliper, gauges
• Experience in operating conventional machines (surface grinding, drilling)
• Basic troubleshooting of blanking & notching dies

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend daily Tool Room shift meetings before starting work
• Work on allocated tools as per plan
• Coordinate with shift in-charge/superiors for tool-related issues and decisions
• Participate in online tool issue debugging along with seniors for rectification
• Operate conventional machines
• Ensure safe working practices and proper handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
