About Blockwise

We are a small, fun company that designs and develops specialized manufacturing equipment to support the medical industry. Our equipment is typically table-top sized with unique precision mechanisms and electronic control systems.

Our machine shop focuses on high-skill machining and toolmaking . We build precision mold tooling and machine components that support our internally designed equipment.

While our toolmakers are highly skilled and involved in the full manufacturing process, many of our machine parts and mold components are recurring product designs rather than one-off job shop work. Our engineering team works in the same building as the machine shop and actively designs for manufacturability, creating a strong feedback loop between engineering and manufacturing. We encourage toolmakers/machinists to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help refine how parts are produced over time.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
