Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and guide them through the menu options
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing detailed descriptions and recommendations
• Serve food, drinks, and desserts promptly, ensuring presentation meets high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup and breakdown
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols diligently to uphold health standards

Experience

• Previous fine dining or restaurant experience preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Experience in serving, food handling, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food industry standards, including dietary considerations and food safety practices
• Barista or beverage service experience adds valuable versatility to your skill set
• Background in hospitality or food service roles demonstrating reliability and teamwork
